A revision to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and ABA
(Architectural Barriers Act) and the related guidelines ADAAG are to be
issued by the Department of Justice on July 26, 2004 - this information can
be downloaded from http://www.access-board.gov/ada-aba

The Justice Department has NOT accepted these revisions.  The revisions become official only after the Justice Department accepts them.  The State Fire Marshal's Office will most likely be notified of the rules change very quickly after it's adoption.
